Neil deGrasse Tyson soars with WINGS, and he's not afraid to tell us why! We've had our eye on this astrophysicist for a while here at WINGS. Not only has he earned unmatched accolades in his field, but he's quite the champion for educating tomorrow's leaders with the skills to really fly.

As part of our three-week Social Awareness push we teach kids how to increase their sensitivity to individual preferences and appreciate the point of view of others. One way we do this is through our "March to your own beat" exercise.
Here's how we do it.

It's often said a smile is contagious, which is why at WINGS we encourage others to be "bus drivers" to everyone they meet. In this case, baby Micah proves laughter, too, is contagious!

New Metrics Show WINGS Kids Fly High

We’re in the last three month stretch of WINGS, and (drumroll!) the results are in—our most recent measure of WINGS kids’ progress, as compared to non-WINGS kids, in their respective schools. If we do say so ourselves, we couldn't be happier with the numbers!
