At WINGS we consider ourselves lucky to have a dedicated Board of Directors and professional advisers, as well as partnerships that enrich the WINGS experience. There's no way that WINGS could succeed without the donors who invest their money and their confidence in this work on behalf of kids. All of them are vital members of our team. We especially value the role played by our staff.
Why is WINGS great? Because our staff is great. Our WINGSLeaders are college juniors and seniors who work part-time for the program. They are carefully trained and closely supervised by experienced fulltime staff who have themselves worked as WINGSLeaders. We take pride in the staff's creativity, hard work, responsibility, love of fun and, of course, their highly developed heart smarts!
