Quick - how many feelings can you name? Here's an alphabet of feelings. At WINGS, we help kids develop their social and emotional intelligence from a very young age by starting with that question - what are some feelings? It's amazing how quickly they learn to recognize emotions besides "sad," "happy" and "mad" once they get going.

WINGS in Action
Our first week of WINGS actually focuses on building the kids' emotional vocabulary. We also have an emotional alphabet that we teach the kids. Hopefully 10 years down the road our kids will have no problem naming 26 emotions due to the social skills activities they have received at WINGS!
