PBS News Program Spotlights Social and Emotional Learning

 Peek inside the classrooms of a Brooklyn public school and see social and emotional learning at work, in this video from a report on The NewsHour with PBS's Jim Lehrer. The 4 Rs program they use - Reading, Writing, Respect, Resolution - was developed by the Morningside Center, which is working to advance social and emotional education in this country. As founder Tom Roderick says, "When people work together in a cooperative way to solve problems, then we can do anything!"
