The provocative Bill Gates says in his blog that companies should tackle society's biggest problems and not just focus on the bottom line - although it may help more than they think. Says Gates: There’s a less measurable benefit that is still quite important which is the value that comes when a company’s expertise is used broadly to help society. This can energize employees and improve a company’s reputation, and sometimes there are long-term opportunities that come out of that.

re: Solving Social Problems Is Everyone's Problem - Even CEOs
I think this is a great article. In tough times like this, we should help one another. I just hope that the CEOs will be able to find some solutions to the social problems we having because we will be able to help our country a lot. If we are able find solutions to this, we will be able to party all night without any worries. Since karaoke is one of the most popular social activities in bars and nightclubs, at least for legal adults, one wonders if there's any sort of objective, undisputed, king of the hill of karaoke tunes? Since it's certainly a hot topic, what ARE the most popular karaoke songs? Some people would get payday loans to find out. Well, there doesn't seem to be any Gallup poll about it, but I'd wager its Don't Stop Believing by Journey, or at least that would be up there. There's also Sweet Home Alabama, and don't forget Sweet Caroline by Neil Diamond.
